I confess…I’ve been waking up happier knowing that breakfast is made and ready for me in the fridge.
This one is one of favourites so far…involves no blitzing and looks incredible.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 handful of strawberries, sliced
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Method:
Mix everything in a bowl and leave overnight in the fridge.
Done!
