When I was little, I used to smash up my neapolitan ice cream. And to this day, I still think it tastes better that way.
Here’s my take on my childhood favourite neapolitan ice cream special in an adult friendly sensible overnight oats way.
Base layer: Chocolate
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1/3 evaporated milk
- 1/3 milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 oats
- 1/3 cup oats
- handful of strawberries blitzed with 1/4 cup milk
In the morning, decorate with fresh strawberries or I used freeze dried strawberries in this one. So addictive!
